20ml Lemon Juice
Egg white
20ml Mulled cider reduction
Franklin & Sons Elderflower Tonic Water with Cucumber
Method:
Grab your cocktail shaker and strainer for this one! Shake all the ingredients (excluding the Elderflower Tonic Water with Cucumber) and fine strain into a rocks glass without ice. Top with the tonic water and garnish with a dehydrated apple slice and a cinnamon stick.
Winter, Whisky and Wine
This one is a real showstopper but it’s equally just as delicious without the fancy smoke! The Franklin & Sons Rhubarb Tonic Water with Hibiscus adds a touch of floral notes to this strong in flavour winter cocktail.
Ingredients:
40ml Bourbon
20ml Port
Dash of Chocolate Bitters
Dash of Orange Bitters
5ml Vanilla Sugar Syrup
Franklin & Sons Rhubarb Tonic Water with Hibiscus
Method:
Get your rocks glasses out and build this cocktail over a single block of ice. Garnish with orange peel and a stick of cinnamon. For extra ‘boujeeness’ serve this under a cloche filled with cinnamon and hickory smoke.
Christmas Time Cola
Franklin & Sons 1886 Cola makes for a perfect cocktail mixer or soft drink for those driving over the Christmas period. A simple winter cocktail with ingredients everyone has at home!
Ingredients:
30ml Aged Rum
20ml Amaretto
10ml Fresh lemon juice
Method:
Grab a tall glass (or a highball for its real term) and fill it with ice. Pour all the ingredients into the glass and to add some sparkle to it, garnish with a dehydrated lemon, sugar-coated almonds and a sprig of mint.
Cringle Collins
One for the sweet-toothed cocktail drinker or someone who likes to pick at the garnish (we all love alcohol-soaked fruit). Franklin & Sons Mandarin Mixer with Ginger brings a citrusy twist to this cocktail.
Ingredients:
40ml Gin
10ml Lemon Juice
10ml Pimento Dram
Franklin & Sons Mandarin mixer with Ginger
Method:
Grab a highball and some cubed ice. Pour all the ingredients into the glass and gently stir to mix, crown with crushed ice and garnish with a slice or dehydrated orange and dolly mixture (and try not to eat it).
Yorkshire Snowball
It’s hard not to think of a snowball when it comes to Christmas, so we’ve decided to give it a little twist with Franklin & Sons Rhubarb Lemonade.

50ml Advocaat
10ml Lemon Juice
