Lemon Tonic

To create the rich citrus notes in our award-winning Sicilian Lemon Tonic we use the entire lemon, capturing the essential oils from the peel before gently pressing to extract the juice from the flesh. This is combined with British sugar beet and natural cinchona bark to create a vibrant citrus flavour with subtle bitterness.



We source the finest Sicilian lemons grown in volcanic soil, combined with spring water from Staffordshire, British sugar beet and quinine to create a refreshing and unique drinking experience.


Perfect Pairing

Our Sicilian Lemon Tonic is perfectly paired with fruit forward gins, especially sloe gins, with the tart lemon cutting through the sweet sloe, to create a refreshingly fruity serve.

This all-natural lemon tonic utilises Staffordshire water with pressed whole Sicilian lemons, widely regarded as the best lemons in the world due to the hot days and cold nights coupled with fertile volcanic soil. This mix of high quality water, lemon juice and essential oils from the peel are then blended with Ecuadorian cinchona tree bark extract to ensure the tonic is a great partner for the best premium berry based spirits.
