Our Drinks in Trade vodcast kicks off in Leeds, where we are celebrating the ‘best-in-trade’ businesses in cities around the UK. We host open and honest conversations on developing careers within hospitality.
In Leeds, we spoke with industry legend Tom Kirk at Below Stairs, an award-winning bar and on the list of Top 50 Cocktail Bars in 2022. We have an in-depth chat about his career and where he gets his inspiration from, we then head for a chat with Ben Peel, for our chat with our Spirit Partners. Ben is the co-founder of John Robert’s Botanic Request and previously worked at Sipsmith as the NPD and innovation manager, championing liquid innovation.
We then take all the learnings from talking to Tom Kirk and Ben Peel and create a drink using our remarkable range.
