Collins

Master the Collins cocktail by following our recent video.

Ingredients

  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • 50ml Tanqueray Gin
  • Franklin & Sons 1886 Soda Water
  • 1 Lemon

 

Method

Pour all ingredients into a highball glass and fill the glass halfway with Franklin & Sons 1886 Soda Water. Fill the remainder of the glass with ice and top once again with soda water. Garnish with lemon peel.
