With 20 years of work in the industry, Marco Livia gained exceptional skills as a Bartender, Waiter, and Chef, achieving worldwide recognition as a Restaurant and Bar Consultant.
Following his experience in Italy as owner of restaurants and beach clubs, he moves internationally to the UK, UAE, and KSA working in Luxury Five-Star Hotels and Fine Dining restaurants.
After his last experience in Italy with Rocco Forte Hotel, he settled in London, where he worked as Head Bartender at the Sky Garden and Sherlock Holmes Boutique Hotel.
He moves to Dubai, Nammos, where he completes training and then starts with some of the most important openings in KSA, where he played a key role in shaping the Bar Industry.
Bar Manager of Nammos, Il Baretto Restaurant, Marco Livia is now a Group Beverage Manager Expert in the Hospitality Sector, supporting his team globally where strategies and customisation are at the centre of its success.
Marco has included in the market the new trend of drinking well and healthy without alcohol and sugar added, recreating the great classics with 0.0% ABV as Negroni, Martinez, Boulevardier, and Martini Cocktail, thus allowing ALL to taste a good drink with every single dish.
