Delivery & Returns
Please review your products on arrival as all goods purchased at www.goodtimein.co.uk are subject to a 14-day return and exchange policy. We will only refund or exchange faulty or damaged goods within this period. Replacement for damaged goods will be sent within 14 working days from receipt of the complaint. Please ensure that you register your complaint to firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds and replacements can only be issued if:
the goods are damaged or defective
the goods were purchased directly through the www.goodtimein.co.uk website
the goods are returned within 14 days period from receipt.
We are unable to refund bottles or cans that have been opened or if they were purchased via third-party sellers. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable and it is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive safely. To arrange a return, please email email@example.com to coordinate and include your receipt or proof of purchase and state the reason for return.
If your refund is approved, the full order amount will be refunded to you and processed to the original payment method used to make the transaction within 30 days upon receipt of the parcel. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or reason for the rejection of your refund. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
We can only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. We are unable to replace bottles or cans that have been opened or if they were purchased via third-party sellers. You are required to pay associated shipping fees when returning an order for exchange and are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely.
