Franklin & Sons at Three Little Words

Three Little Words, by the Spirit of Manchester, used to be six derelict arches that were taken on and opened as a fully working distillery and bar in the heart of the city of Manchester. The distillery produces over 3,000 bottles each week across the range of spirits, including a raspberry gin, blackberry gin, Navy Strength and limited editions. Nick Whitby, the Bar Manager took us through why he enjoys working with Franklin & Sons and why it works in one of the bars’ most popular cocktails the ‘Beautiful Stranger’ which is a bigger, bolder version of an Aperol Spritz.
