Franklin & Sons at World Service Restaurant

World Service Restaurant is a fine dining establishment based in Nottingham’s city centre and it’s been there for around 21 years. Currently part of the Michelin guide and holding two rosettes from the AA Guide, World Service prides itself on both food and drink. We chatted to Ed Belshaw, the Bar Manager who takes care of the cocktail list at World Service. The Trails End cocktail is inspired by a poem written by Bonnie Parker, where the Franklin & Sons Natural Indian Tonic Water lengthens the drink without adding too much sugar.
