Oleo Saccarum

Create your own Oleo Saccarum by following our helpful recipe below.

Ingredients

10 Lemons
350g Caster Sugar

Method

Start by peeling 10 lemons, placing the peels into a pot, add 350g of caster sugar and muddle together. Juice the lemons and place all ingredients to one side whilst the lemon peels oils extract. Pour lemon juice into the lemon peels and sugar and then gently mix.
