Franklin & Sons in the making - Gin Fizz

Using our Elderflower & Cucumber Tonic Water, Tim creates a ‘freeserve’ Gin Fizz featuring John Robert’s Botanic Request and taking inspiration from the conversation with our Leeds industry Legend Tom Kirk. For the full video head over to our Drinks in Trade Leeds episode.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml John Robert’s Botanic Request
  • 25ml Egg White
  • 25ml Superjuice
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • Top with Franklin & Sons Elderflower & Cucumber Tonic Water

Method:

  • Dry shake with 1 ice cube
  • Shake with full ice
  • Fine strain
  • Top with Elderflower & Cucumber Tonic Water
  • Garnish with fresh dill
