Dandelion & Burdock Glazed Chicken

Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts (about 600g)
- 200ml Franklin & Sons Traditional Dandelion & Burdock
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Make the Glaze
In a bowl, whisk together the Franklin & Sons Traditional Dandelion & Burdock, garlic, soy sauce and honey until well combined. -

Season the Chicken
Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. -

Cook the Chicken
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 8–9 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. -

Add the Glaze
Lower the heat to medium-low and pour the Franklin & Sons Traditional Dandelion & Burdock glaze over the chicken in the skillet. Allow the chicken to simmer for another 5 minutes, spooning the glaze over the chicken occasionally as it thickens. -

Serve
Transfer the chicken breasts to a serving platter, keeping the glaze reducing if needed until it is slightly thickened and glossy. Spoon the thickened glaze over the top of the chicken. Garnish with fresh parsley for a touch of colour. -
