Appearance: A shimmering, crystal-clear gin and tonic bursting with fizz.
Aroma: Abundant lemon peel, and clear quinine minerality with bright juniper and bitter orange.
Taste: Sparkling bubbles erupt with fresh lemon, bitter orange citrus and dry quinine, warming alcohol washes the palate with piney juniper and a fine fizz creating a rich velvety mouthfeel.
