Franklin & Sons Yuzu Soda is crafted with the finest natural ingredients. Yuzu juice, sparkling water and natural citrus flavourings are blended to create a bright and refreshing soda with layers of mandarin, lime and grapefruit.
We have carefully designed our Yuzu Soda to pair with and enhance the finest spirits, from gin and vodka to tequila and whisky, as well as cocktails and spritz’s. Its high bubble content and vibrant citrus profile make it the perfect partner for mixing or refreshing on its own.

Yuzu Spiced Hot Toddy
This invigorating twist on the classic ‘Hot Toddy’ brings together the warming comfort of spiced rum with the bright, zesty allure of Franklin & Sons Yuzu Soda. The result is a perfectly balanced serve, aromatic, gently spiced and lifted by the vibrant citrus character of yuzu. Served in a mule mug and finished with star anise and a cinnamon stick, it’s a comforting yet refreshing take on a winter favourite.
The familiar notes of honey, spice and citrus remain at the heart of the cocktail, while the addition of Yuzu Soda brings a sparkling modernity that makes it as enjoyable by the fire as it is at a festive gathering. The combination of warming spice and effervescence also makes it a wonderful partner for Asian-inspired dishes, roast meats, and sweet treats featuring ginger or citrus.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: A cloudy, light-yellow soda due to the use of fresh Yuzu juice.
Aroma: A vibrant and complex aroma, with a pronounced burst of bright, zesty Yuzu peel. Uplifting notes of lighter lemon citrus are carried by the optimum level of carbonation, which is set to enhance the soda’s overall fragrance.
Taste: The soda bursts with sharp yet sweet citrus notes of this alluring and exotic fruit, instilling the perfect balance of acidity and natural sweetness.
Overall: Franklin & Sons Yuzu Soda is blended around fresh Yuzu juice and fresh water from the English Lake District. It is perfectly carbonated to enhance both flavour and fragrance. It is perfect on its own over ice and a slice of lemon or grapefruit , and it pairs brilliantly with whisky and many white spirits.
