We have expertly crafted our Original Ginger Ale to pair with and enhance the world’s finest spirits, from whiskey/whisky, Pisco and Rum to cocktails and spritzes. With its elevated carbonation and natural flavours, this mixer has been crafted to enhance any spirit.

Whiskey Fable
Hearty Irish Whiskey comes to play in this punchy, yet balanced serve. The orchard-forward notes of the whisky meet the floral sweetness of mead to create an invigorating cocktail base that dances brilliantly with aromatic complexity and brightness from Angostura Bitters and fresh lemon juice. Our Franklin & Sons Original Ginger Ale is then added to further harmonise these delightful characters and carry them through the glass, with crisp, ginger sweetness.
This is a serve with depth of character, fully utilising the effervesce of the ginger ale. Versatility is at the heart of this drink, and it can be enjoyed at a host of different events and occasions from autumnal catch ups with friends to summer garden parties and watching sporting events. For us though, it’s best enjoyed year-round with lots of ice and great company.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Clear, pale straw-coloured ginger ale streaming with fine bubbles.
Aroma:Sweet stem ginger with the subtle warming backbone of fresh root ginger lifted with a hint of lemon citrus.
Taste:Warm stem ginger reminding you of baking and cakes brought to life with just the right amount of heat and bite from fresh root ginger. Just enough carbonation and a hint of lemon citrus freshens up what could be quite a sweet mixer.
Overall: Franklin & Sons Ginger Ale is a best-in-class example of a balanced mixer and is a perfect pairing for premium spirits. Soft fizz both accents the subtle warmth of ginger and allows freshness, whilst the addition of lemon citrus delivers a clean finish to this mixer.
