TASTING NOTES

Appearance: A shimmering, crystal-clear tonic water bursting with fizz.

Aroma: Stewed rhubarb, plums and rich hibiscus notes open up to bright quinine.

Taste: Fine velvety fizz carries abundant rhubarb, which is accented and highlighted by the rich flavour of hibiscus and quinine. This is a balanced tonic water with a subtle bitterness that imparts a complex and clean overall flavour of stewed fruits, reminiscent of homemade fruit pie filling.

Overall: Franklin & Sons Rhubarb & Hibiscus Tonic Water is a red fruit forward, rich mixer made to pair with premium spirits. The delicate fizz lifts and accents the rich fruity flavours which are undercut with dry mineral quinine.
