Franklin & Sons Sicilian Lemon Tonic Water is made using a blend of Sicilian lemon, natural ingredients, the finest cinchona bark extract, sparkling water and the highest carbonation possible to make a truly zesty and refreshing tonic water.
This mixer is designed to pair perfectly with robust Sloe Berry Gins, fruit forward berry infused Gins and Cachaca. We have combined the best flavours with the perfect number of bubbles to deliver an extremely aromatic mixer and pair with the world’s finest spirits.

The Solera Sunrise is all about the taste of natural ingredients, taking our Franklin & Sons Sicilian Lemon Tonic and using it to shine a light on sherry, a cocktail ingredient that we feel is still criminally underrated.
Zesty, herbal and complex, this is a serve with multiple layers and one that will be enjoyed by those who love sherry, as well as those who are new to it. For us, this cooler is one is the perfect accompaniment for soirees in the sunshine.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: A hazy and pale-yellow Sicilian Lemon Tonic Water reminiscent of cloudy lemonade, packed with plentiful bubbles.
Aroma: Fresh zesty lemon peel with traditional lemonade notes, underpinned by quinine minerality.
Taste: Vibrant, clean lemon acidity pops and jumps with the high effervescence of this tonic water. Crisp mineral quinine provides a rich and slightly bitter backbone to round out this mixer with some slight dryness.
Overall: Franklin & Sons Sicilian Lemon Tonic Water has a refreshing lemon and quinine dryness making this tonic water a perfect bitter lemon style mixer and an enhancer when mixed or paired with premium spirits.
