Elderflower Spritz
With Franklin & Sons 1886 Soda Water

Ingredients:
- 50ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 50ml White Wine
- 5ml Lemon Juice
- 100ml Franklin & Sons 1886 Soda Water, or enough to top up
- Lemon Peel, to garnish
Method:
Fill a wine glass with ice, then add elderflower liqueur, white wine, and lemon juice, then top up with Franklin & Sons 1886 Soda Water. Gently stir and garnish with lemon peel to serve.
