Elderflower Suze Spritz
With Franklin & Sons Elderflower & Cucumber Tonic Water
Elderflower Suze Spritz captures the essence of summer in every sip. This unique spritz combines British summer hedgerow flavours with elderflower, cucumber and apple juice to create a cocktail that is both refreshing and fruity.
Ingredients
- 30ml Suze Apéritif
- 50ml White Wine
- 20ml Freshly Pressed Apple Juice
- 50ml Franklin & Sons Elderflower & Cucumber Tonic Water
- Cucumber Ribbon (to garnish)
- Sprig of mint (to garnish)
Method
Fill a wine glass with ice, then add all the ingredients. Gently stir and top with more ice if required. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and a sprig of mint to serve.
