Holy Highball
With Franklin & Sons 1886 Soda Water
Holy Highball is perfect for summer sipping. Deliciously refreshing from the citrus flavours with a hint of spice, the flavours balance in this drink to create a remarkable summer serve.
Ingredients:
- 50ml Vodka
- 50ml Apple Juice
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- 50ml Franklin & Sons 1886 Soda Water, or enough to top up
- Slice of Apple, to garnish
Method:
Fill a highball glass with ice, then add the vodka, apple juice and lemon juice, then top up with Franklin & Sons 1886 Soda Water. Gently stir and garnish with a slice of apple to serve.
