Lemon Drop Collins
This Christmas cocktail is perfect for those who love lemon and almond flavours, the flavours balance in this drink to create a remarkable Christmas serve for any occasion.

50ml Broken Clock Vodka

20ml Lime Juice

15ml Sugar Syrup

20ml Egg White or Aquafaba

5ml Amaretto Disaronno

Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker (excluding the Sicilian Lemon Tonic Water). Shake well and strain into an ice-filled highball glass and pour in the Sicilian Lemon Tonic Water at the same time. Garnish with a Panettone slice.
