Orchard Cobbler

This cocktail offers a rich and fruity combination, with the nutty undertones of Dry Madeira complemented by the tropical sweetness of pineapple cordial and the crispness of apple juice. The Franklin & Sons Lemonade adds a light, fizzy citrus finish, creating a refreshing and well-balanced drink.​

Method

    Add dry Madeira, pineapple cordial, and apple juice to a chilled spritz glass.

    Gently add cubed ice to fill the glass.

  • 3

    Stir lightly to combine the flavours.

    Top with Franklin & Sons Lemonade.

    Garnish with a pineapple leaf.

    Pineapple Cordial Recipe

    Ingredients:

    500ml Fresh Pineapple Juice​
    250g Caster Sugar​
    5g Citric Acid (or juice of 1 lemon)

    Method:

    1. Add pineapple juice and sugar to a saucepan over low heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.​
    2. Remove from heat and stir in citric acid (or lemon juice) to balance the sweetness.​
    3. Allow to cool, then strain through a fine strainer to remove any pulp.​
    4. Store in an airtight bottle in the fridge for up to 1 week.
