Method

    Add Rhum Agricole, Fig Liqueur, ginger syrup, and lemon juice to a chilled highball glass.

    Gently add cubed ice to fill the glass.

    Stir lightly to combine.

    Top with Franklin & Sons Rhubarb & Hibiscus.

    Garnish with a fresh fig.

    1:1 Ginger Syrup Recipe 

    Ingredients:

    100g Fresh Ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
    200ml Water
    200g Sugar

    Method:

    1. Add water and sliced ginger to a saucepan over medium heat.
    2. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 10 minutes to infuse the flavour.
    3. Remove from heat and strain out the ginger.
    4. Stir in the sugar until fully dissolved.
    5. Allow to cool before bottling. Store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
