Rosemary and Olive Spritz
With Franklin & Sons Rosemary & Black Olive Tonic Water
A classic spritz with a twist, using our Rosemary and Black Olive Tonic Water to give this drink a savoury, herbaceous feel.
Ingredients
- 50ml Lillet Blanc
- 50ml Prosecco
- 50ml Franklin & Sons Rosemary & Black Olive Tonic Water
- Sprig of Rosemary (to garnish)
Method
Fill a wine glass with ice, then add all the ingredients. Gently stir and top with more ice if required. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary to serve.
