Easter cocktail with rhubarb tonic | Franklin & Sons

Get a spring in your step with this floral take on a classic G & T.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Bloom Gin
  • Topped with Franklin & Sons Rhubarb & Hibiscus Tonic Water

Method:

Pour all ingredients into a highball glass, add ice and then gently stir. Garnish with hibiscus flowers.
