    Earl Grey Tea Syrup:

    Ingredients:

    200g Granulated Sugar
    250g Water
    15g Earl Grey Tea Leaves

    Method:

    1. Heat the water in a saucepan until warm but not boiling.
    2. Add the Earl Grey tea leaves and let steep for 5 minutes.
    3. Strain the tea leaves out using a fine strainer, then return the liquid to low heat.
    4. Add the granulated sugar and stir until fully dissolved.
    5. Remove from heat and let cool before transferring to an airtight bottle.
    6. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
