Marketing Manager

I’m working as Marketing Manager in D&C (EUROFOOD) based in Milan.

More than 20 years marketing experience in brand development, strategy and innovation, business/brand management both at headquarter and country level, besides I had experience in trade marketing both in on and off trade channel.

I managed leading and challenger brands (Dove, Cif, Baci Perugina, Baileys, Zacapa, Gran Marnier, Lancers, Carpano, Caffè Borghetti, Candolini) in different categories (Home and Personal Care, Food, Spirits) and across complex and structured companies (Unilever, Nestlè, Diageo, Branca), each one with its own business vision which made me able to work across borders and cultures.

Strong multi-functional team player, innovative and confident across different functions from marketing to sales.

Thanks to my proactive and positive attitude I follow any new path with passion and commitment, always bringing my personal contribution to reach the best strategy and execution, managing relationship with different key stakeholders with success.

Franklin & Sons is distributed in Italy by D&C since 2021, I personally started working with D&C since February 2022.

  • What are the biggest drinks’ trends in Italy right now?

Gin & Tonic, Negroni, Spritz, Americano, Mojito, Negroni Sbagliato

  • What keeps you excited about the industry and its future?

Beverage industry is one of the most dynamic, bringing innovation in people life, a good partner for any social occasion.

 

  • In your opinion, what determines the quality of a product?

Good ingredients and a great company with historical experience in the industry.

  • Is there something that you’re looking forward to doing with Franklin & Sons in 2026?

We would like to enlarge consumption occasions on the brand via innovation like soft drinks and RTD, leveraging on new trends and creating more moments of enjoyment and connection among people.

  • Which is your favourite SKU of Franklin & Sons?

Indian tonic light it’s the most performing as leveraging on a wellness strong trend.
