20ml Manchester Spirit Vodka

20ml Lemon Juice

5ml Ginger Syrup

Pour all the ingredients (excluding the soda) into a cocktail shaker and shake for 20 seconds. Strain into a martini glass and top with the soda before garnishing with a lemon wedge.
