45ml Mezcal

30ml Rose Vermouth

10ml Lime Juice

5ml Agave Syrup

Grapefruit (to garnish)

Fill a highball glass with ice then add mezcal, rose vermouth, lime juice, agave syrup and Franklin & Sons Pink Grapefruit Soda. Gently stir and garnish with grapefruit twirl.
