Iris is a very passionate and devoted bartender by heart. Over 15 remarkable years in the hospitality industry and behind the bars. Paving her own path to success, her journey embodies the true passion and dedication for your dreams, celebrating individuality, independence, and empowerment.

Coming from a family heritage in the hospitality industry, learning from a very young age how the business works, her mother being a chef of a small restaurant back in her town, and Grandfather being a bartender as well, becomes her first figures of example for this world.

Starting her journey back in Mexico in 2008, and having the opportunity to work in several well-renowned venues around the country going from hotels to bars and restaurants, starting to work as a receptionist, hostess, and waitress, but was until a few years later that she discovered that big curiosity for the bar service, starting being amused by the different flavours, colours, and experiences that the bartender was able to produce for the consumers.

Move to Dubai back in 2017 where thanks to her passion and continuous hard work she has been able to build her career and grow among the best bartenders in the Dubai bar industry.
