Rose Ramos

90ml Triple Sec

18 dashes Orange Flower Water

30ml Lemon Juice

30ml Sugar Syrup

Method

Add all ingredients (except Franklin & Sons Rose Lemonade) to a shaker.

Dry shake (without ice) to emulsify the egg whites.

Add ice and shake again until well chilled.

Strain into a chilled highball glass over cubed ice.
