Yuzu Spiced Hot Toddy
A cosy classic with a citrus twist. Spiced rum, honey, and lime meet the bright sparkle of Franklin & Sons Yuzu Soda for a refreshing take on a winter favourite. Warming, aromatic, and just the right amount of zesty.
Top tips: if you don’t have a mule mug, simply use a normal mug or tall glass.
When serving 6, fill jug with ingredients, fill 6 glasses or mugs with ice, pour in the ingredients, then top all 6 glasses/mugs with Franklin & Sons Yuzu Soda

40ml Spiced Rum

10ml Honey Syrup

15ml Lime Juice

240ml Spiced Rum

60ml Honey Syrup

Add spiced rum, lime juice and honey to a mug

Gently add cubed ice to fill the mug

Using the mixing spoon, stir lightly to blend the ingredients

Top with Franklin & Sons Yuzu soda – until the mug is filled. Not to the brim, just under.
