Recent sensory testing was carried out with our dual-flavoured Rosemary & Black Olive Tonic Water. It was clearly recognised as a premium product by respondents due to the complex flavour profile.
Not only that, the herbaceous tonic water earned a Gold at the Tonic Mixer & Master Awards last year, a competition that saw Franklin & Sons named Tonic & Mixer Grand Master. And, it was awarded silver for taste at the Bartender’s Brand Awards 2023.
This savoury, herbal tonic water is perfect for combining with bitter liqueurs and aperitifs, the Americano being a classic example.
INGREDIENTS:
- 25ml Campari
- 25ml Cocchi Extra Dry Vermouth
- 150ml Franklin & Sons Rosemary & Black Olive Tonic Water
METHOD
Put a large ice cube into a glass, after cutting from an ice block. Pour all the ingredients into the glass and gently stir to mix. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
