Monkey’s Son
With Franklin & Sons Mandarin & Ginger Soda
INGREDIENTS:
- 40ml Monkey Shoulder Scotch Whisky
- 2 Drops of Bitter Truth Chocolate Bitters
- 20ml Rubis Chocolate Wine Liqueur
- Top with 50ml Franklin & Sons Mandarin & Ginger Soda
METHOD
Pour all the ingredients into a 12oz rocks glass which has a single large block of ice in. Gently stir to mix and garnish with a stroke of painted warm chocolate on the side of the glass.
