With Franklin & Sons Brewed Ginger Beer
A non-alcoholic Christmas drink, deliciously tropical from the fruit juices with a hint of spice coming through the Brewed Ginger Beer.
INGREDIENTS:
- 50ml Spiced Cane Lyres
- 40ml Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 10ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 100ml Franklin & Sons Brewed Ginger Beer
METHOD
Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker (excluding the Brewed Ginger Beer). With a mini mixer, mix and add the Brewed Ginger Beer and pour it into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with crystallised pineapple.
