Pisco Ramos
With Franklin & Sons Guava & Lime Soda
A smooth cocktail where the aroma is as strong as the flavours, our Guava & Lime Soda provides a light citrus hit which makes this summer cocktail one to savour.
INGREDIENTS:
- 50ml 1615 Pisco
- 20ml Parafante Fig Liquor
- 20ml Aquafaba
- 10ml Simple Syrup
- 150ml Franklin & Sons Guava & Lime Soda
METHOD
Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour all the ingredients (excluding the soda) into a cocktail shaker and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a highball glass, whilst also pouring in the Guava & Lime Soda and garnish with lemon peel.
