50ml One-Eyed Rebel Spiced Rum

15ml Lime Juice

2g of Activated Charcoal

Fill a 12oz rocks glass with cubed ice and pour all the ingredients into it. Gently stir to mix and garnish with black coconut foam. To make the black coconut foam mix ODK coconut puree, actived charcoal, water and high-foamer in a cream charger.
