Summer is fast approaching and we’ve got a wide range of summer cocktails which will suit any summer sipping occasion.

PALOMA
A traditional Paloma with a Franklin & Sons twist, the lime juice gives this Paloma a sharp taste balanced by our new Pink Grapefruit Soda, a citrusy refreshing drink perfect for a hot summer’s day.
INGREDIENTS:
- 50ml Blanco Tequila
- 25ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
- 10ml Lime Juice
- 7.5ml Agave Syrup
- Topped with Franklin & Sons Pink Grapefruit Soda
METHOD
Shake the first four ingredients and strain them into an ice-filled glass. Top with Franklin & Sons Pink Grapefruit Soda and garnish with a slice or wedge of grapefruit.
GUAVA & LIME COCONUT MOJITO
A taste of summer that can last the whole year. A simple summer cocktail using our Guava & Lime Soda which will bring the tropical feeling to you, your friends and your family, our Guava & Lime Coconut Mojito is a must-try this summer.
INGREDIENTS:
- 50ml Coconut Rum
- 20ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 6-8 Fresh Mint Leaves
- Topped with Franklin & Sons Guava & Lime Soda
METHOD
Place the mint in a highball glass and add all the ingredients before topping with Guava & Lime Soda, give it a stir and enjoy!
ENGLISH ROSE
Perfect for our remarkable summer cocktail line-up, our English Rose cocktail is delightfully sweet but highly refreshing with the combination of flavours and adding our Natural Rose Lemonade.
INGREDIENTS:
- 30ml Grapefruit Gin
- 20ml Forty-Five Rose Vermouth
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- Dash of cucumber bitters
- Topped with Franklin & Sons Natural Rose Lemonade
METHOD
Add ice to a wine glass and build before topping with Franklin & Sons Natural Rose Lemonade.
PINEAPPLE CRUSH
Our Pineapple Plush summer cocktail will pack a punch to any occasion bringing a balanced tropical taste. The pineapple flavours from the rum and our soda give this cocktail a real zing!
INGREDIENTS:
- 40ml RedLeg Pineapple Rum
- 10ml Orgeat
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 100ml Franklin & Sons Pineapple & Almond Soda
METHOD
Add all the ingredients (except the Franklin & Sons mixer) to a cocktail shaker and shake. Strain over ice and top with the Franklin & Sons Pineapple & Almond Soda.
