Missing the warm weather so keeping things that little bit tropical this Christmas with our Pineapple in a pear tree cocktail.

Stir like an Old Fashioned in a double old fashioned glass and top with Franklin & Sons Pineapple & Almond Soda. Garnish with a pineapple leaf and a slice of dehydrated pear.
