A Mexican favourite, the Paloma recipe is ideal for those looking for a refreshing serve with citrus flavours. Franklin & Sons Pink Grapefruit Soda enhances the cocktail with its perfectly balanced bitter notes.

Ingredients

15ml Fresh Lime Juice
5ml Agave Syrup
50ml Blanco Tequila
1 Lime
Sea Salt Flakes
Franklin & Sons Pink Grapefruit Soda

Method

Add all ingredients (excluding sea salt flakes and lime) to a salt-rimmed highball glass, top halfway with Franklin & Sons Grapefruit Soda, then add ice and top the rest of the glass with the soda. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
