With Franklin & Sons Pineapple & Almond Soda
The amaretto flavours from the Adriatico are perfectly balanced by the citrusy notes from the lemon juice, then a smoky finish with the ginger syrup and Pineapple & Almond Soda. Perfect for any summer occasion that requires cocktails!
INGREDIENTS:
- 50ml Adriatico
- 20ml Manchester Spirit Vodka
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 5ml Ginger Syrup
- 100ml Franklin & Sons Pineapple & Almond Soda
METHOD
Pour all the ingredients (excluding the soda) into a cocktail shaker and shake for 20 seconds. Strain into a martini glass and top with the soda before garnishing with a lemon wedge.
