If you love coconut, rum and flavoured tonic water then this pink grapefruit tonic water cocktail is just for you! Mixing with our Grapefruit & Bergamot Tonic Water adds a citrusy bitterness.
Ingredients:
- 50ml Rum
- 5ml Maraschino
- 10ml Coconut Syrup
- 15ml Lime Juice
- Grapefruit & Bergamot Tonic Water
Method
Served in a highball, coated in icing sugar and filled with crushed ice. Churn to mix and garnish with grated coconut, a mint sprig and glazed cherries.
