Campfire Fizz
With Franklin & Sons 1886 Soda Water
Our Campfire Fizz is an Independence Day cocktail that is sure to be a showstopper at any party or occasion this July. Creamy in texture but sweet in flavour, it’s one to test your cocktail making skills but it will be worth it, we promise!
Ingredients:

- 50ml Bourbon
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 25ml Single Cream
- 25ml Egg White
- 25ml Marshmallow Syrup
- Dash of Orange Bitters
- Topped with Franklin & Sons 1886 Soda Water
Method
Place all the ingredients, excluding the 1886 Soda Water into a cocktail shaker. Shake and fine strain before topping with Franklin & Sons 1886 Soda Water and toasted marshmallows!
