Ramos Amaretto Fizz
With Franklin & Sons Mandarin & Ginger Soda
Remarkable drinks should be served at every Christmas occasion and our Ramos Amaretto Fizz is just that; remarkable. The creamy texture is balanced by the almond and mandarin flavours, which shine through.
INGREDIENTS:
- 50ml Disaronno Velvet
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- 20ml Aquafaba
- 25ml Single Cream
- 3 Drops of Orange Blossom Water
- Top with Franklin & Sons Mandarin & Ginger Soda
METHOD
Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker (not the Mandarin & Ginger Soda) and shake for 40-50 seconds. Grab a highball glass and fill it with ice and pour the mix in. Top with Franklin & Sons Mandarin & Ginger Soda and garnish with a pinch of chocolate powder.
