Fathers Spiced Punch
With Franklin & Sons Pineapple & Almond Soda
Celebrate Father’s Day with a tropical and complex cocktail that is sure to impress. Our Father’s Spiced Punch cocktail combines the flavours of rum, pineapple juice and banana…which will take you on a trip to a tropical paradise.
Ingredients
- 50ml Mermaid Spiced Rum
- 20ml Fresh Lime
- 10ml Crème De Banana
- 20ml Pineapple Juice
- 50ml Franklin & Sons Pineapple & Almond Soda, or enough to top
- Pineapple leaf (to garnish)
- Wedge of Pineapple (to garnish)
- Lime wheel (to garnish)
Method
Fill a highball glass with ice, then add rum, fresh lime juice, crème de banana, pineapple juice and Franklin & Sons Pineapple & Almond Soda. Gently stir and garnish with a pineapple leaf, pineapple wedge and a lime wheel to serve.
