Mindful With Mezcal
With Franklin & Sons Pineapple & Almond Soda
We are celebrating Cinco de Mayo with our mezcal cocktail, Mindful with Mezcal. Our Pineapple Mixer with Almond works well with the mezcal and lime juice as it doesn’t overpower the flavour of this Mexican inspired cocktail.
Ingredients:

- 50ml Mezcal
- 10ml Lime Juice
- 25ml Grapefruit Oleo Saccharum
- Topped with Franklin & Sons Pineapple & Almond Soda
Method
Make sure to dip the rim of the glass in salt before building the mezcal cocktail. Place all the ingredients into a highball glass with cubed ice, topping with Franklin & Sons Pineapple & Almond Soda.
